SKG signed a 15-year protocol with the Egyptian Ministry of Interior in 2021 to install radars across Egypt for road safety and monitoring traffic violations.
Currently more than 1000 radar camera units have been installed across Egypt that are able to:
- ANPR
- Speed measurement
- Seatbelt detection
- Mobile usage
- Wrong-way driving
SKG has also developed and deployed the centralized management system that accumulates and organizes all the collected data as well as integrates with all governmental entities that are involved in violation collection and settlement.

Vehicle Inspection Centers have been developed to allow for a smooth process for the renewal of vehicles and the registration of new ones in order to provide better quality service to the public.
35 centers have been built and established across the entirety of Egypt to assure their easy access to the public. This fully automated system will encompass all motor vehicles to include private vehicles, motorcycles, and transport vehicles to ensure road safety and quality.

SKG has implemented RFID traffic management solution in Egypt for the ministry of interior. The solution provides easy and accurate functionalities to the MOI in order to manage vehicles and traffic across the country.
SKG supplied, installed, and operated the solution as well as developed the entire software management system that delivers to the MOI all the required functionalities.
